With decades of international business experience and formal wine training including the WSET Level 3 Certification, Jonathan brings sommelier-level knowledge together with a natural ability to make wine enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
His expertise in wine hospitality was recently recognised when he was named the 2025 Wine Sommelier of the Year at the VinoInfluencers World Awards in Valladolid, Spain. He has built a global audience of more than 45,000 wine lovers through the WineListGuy Instagram community, sharing approachable wine insights, travel discoveries and recommendations from the world’s great wine regions.
Fluent in Italian and conversational in French and Spanish, Jonathan offers a uniquely local perspective when guiding guests through Europe’s wine regions.
